Customers may return product, whether defective or for other reasons, within 30 days of receipt of their product. The non-defective product must be unworn and in a resalable condition. Customers may request a refund or exchange product that is priced at the same value on our website. To do this, customers can access the returns function by logging in and going to the "Orders" tab under their account information. For returning and/or exchanging product that is defective or does not fit, Solely Jane will email a return label that comes at no cost to the customer and can be adhered to the box the product is being returned in. Please be aware that any product that a customer exchanges after the first exchange will be at the customer's shipping expense. For guests and any orders that have yet to be shipped, customers can initiate a return by calling Solely Jane customer service at 1-844-584-JANE(5263) or emailing the email@example.com support email. For returning and/or exchanging a product that is defective or does not fit, the original shipping fee will not be refunded, however, any costs to return and/or exchange the product are covered by Solely Jane.
